Policies

This site uses the following policies for maintaining its content and integrity.
  1. All users are kindly requested to behave in a civilized and well-mannered way when using the site.
  2. All users are allowed (and encouraged) to post their comments.
  3. By posting a comment you agree that it will be licensed under the same Creative Commons License as the rest of the Haiku Weekly site (see above).
  4. The comments may contain both plain text or HTML code (including links) provided that:
    1. The whole content of the comment is either your original work or used with permission from the copyright owner.
    2. The comment is not designed to spam or deceive humans nor robots nor in any way abuse the site.
    3. The links used in the comment are not directing to sites deemed by the moderator as illegal, harmful, offensive or simply spam-related.
  5. Registered users are able to add an extra link which will appear by their nick.
  6. Comments are moderated to enforce Terms of Use and may be deleted if deemed in conflict with them. The site owner has a final word in the moderation process.
  7. All e-mails given during registration will not be disclaimed to anyone unless under a direct court order.
  8. All passwords given during registration (or at any later time) are stored in hashed form and thus cannot be disclaimed to anyone.
